What is your return policy for worn items?
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all standard purchases.
Are Wallaroo products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our technical apparel and gear come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear from extreme outdoor use.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Wallaroo Adventure Store ships to the United States, Canada, and Australia. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at the time of checkout.
